Pot ser que el problema sigui de la bateria per aix\u00f2 la teva segona opci\u00f3 \u00e9s connectar el teu iPhone o iPad al corrent i deixa-ho carregar durant almenys una hora. Despr\u00e9s dels primers minuts, hauria d&#8217;apar\u00e8ixer la t\u00edpica pantalla de c\u00e0rrega amb una animaci\u00f3 de la bateria. Si segueix estant en negre despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una hora de c\u00e0rrega, comprova que has connectat adequadament el carregador tant al dispositiu com al corrent i que l&#8217;USB estigui ben fixat o si no intenta canviar de cable i tornar a fer tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Connecta&#8217;l a l&#8217;iTunes! Imagina que per fi el teu dispositiu ha arrencat per\u00f2 el logo d&#8217;Apple es queda molt temps en la pantalla, o apareix una de color vermell o blau. Si aix\u00f2 succeeix, haur\u00e0s de provar el seg\u00fcent: primer connecta l&#8217;iPhone o l&#8217;iPad a un ordinador i obre iTunes. Ara has de fer un recovery: per tots els dispositius segueix el mateix proc\u00e9s que a l&#8217;hora de reiniciar el tel\u00e8fon per\u00f2 amb la difer\u00e8ncia que aquest cop has de mantenir premut el bot\u00f3 corresponent fins que vegis la pantalla de recovery. Ara el dispositiu et demanar\u00e0 si el vols restaurar o actualitzar, has d&#8217;escollir la segona opci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 iTunes reinstal\u2022li l&#8217;iOS sense esborrar les teves dades.
